Combine plot scripts of different cases into one working script #70

Would be great if we can combine all the nice plotting scripts of the stamp plots into one working script. Now it is scattered over three scripts, one for each case. The other plots (boxplots, correlation, etc....) can be still separate for now.

Already #72 is almost doing this completely already, however it might be nice that we check if this is also the case for the other plots.

... and maybe follow a naming convention? I wasn't sure which script to check for which figures... see #78.
