I updated the combine_data.py with the changes that have been made to folders/files/...
This would normally solve issue #81 and #77
I did most of this already July 5th (also the day I downloaded the data), so if any changes happened after that, these still have to be applied
Changes were done for
TRACMASS (for this I wans't sure what the nrdays was, I assumed it was the number of days of the event, but if this is wrong, this needs to be changed back to the original which was 15)

I think the units of the Pakistan wam2layers still have to be converted with the data now on the drive, so I didn't change this
I also didn't do anything for UTrack, I didn't really understand the comments there
