Update global map figure. I moved texts indicating the date of each case close to the respective region. I also tried two normalized standard deviation plots. One shows values of mean/std < 1.5, and the other shows values where mean > 0.2 in addition to mean/std < 1.5. As suggested, I tried lower maximum value for Pakistan case to make the Somali jet more visible. I removed plots with relative values.
