Update BeeswarmAndBoxPlots_AllCases.ipynb #97

Update BeeswarmAndBoxPlots_AllCases.ipynb, so that some of the proposed changes in the last meeting are implemented. Two functions are defined at the beginning of the notebook in order to produce the three different plots in the same figure.

If you add "Closes #93" to the top post of this PR, github will recognize the relation between the issue and the PR, and it will close the issue once the PR is merged. Alternatively, you could use reference the corresponding issue without the "closes" keyword, e.g. if it only solves part of the issue.
