Probably wait for a while. The build is just gonna be for people who own the game on steam for the moment.

Buy it. Right now the game is still communicating with Steam. Imagine if there was a community server, how would we differentiate one non-owner player from another? How do we prevent such people from rejoining if they were banned for whatever reason?
