It's under IO. You can also search nodes by double clicking the canvas background.
I don't have your nodes in the IO section, despite the fact that ComfyUI Manager shows WAS Node Suit installed. I can't delete or disable it through the manager.

You don't seem to have WAS Node Suite installed at all.
It would appear in that list. But you should have errors in your console log regarding why it didn't import. Did you run the requirements.txt against your envs interpretor? Such as the portable version in python_embeded/python.exe
