[Feature] add a couple more dictionary nodes #325

Adds Dictionary New, Dictionary Keys and Dictionary to Text.

VSCode also apparently wanted to automatically cleanup the markdown in the readme. Let me know if you want to keep that in this PR, if I should strip it out.

That poor readme needs work anyway haha
