This issue requests we do something similar for the basics tab in the IBM offers.

Thanks @gcharters . I see you have dropped "If you encounter problems during deployment of Liberty, please report them here [Issue tracker](ibm.biz link to the appropriate issue tracker)". I feel pretty strongly that we need to give users a way to report problems with this exact offer. Do you really want to not have that item in the list?
