Removed files from root and version-1.0 directories, Removed Beta fol… #12

need to update the README.md file to remove part at beginning that talks about the files in the root directory, and remove the part that talks about Beta directories.

would also be good to rename version-1.0 directory to logstashCollector-1.0, and version-1.1 directory to logstashCollector-1.1 (and update README.md accordingly)
