Fix TCK exec and dist module merge issues. #28

Add missing dependencies to exec module.
Ensure test.properties gets created and ignored by git
Update properties in default.test.properties to run in SE mode
Fix README location in dist module

Added 'antrun' to pluginManagement in 1c66d3a71aefe063a3c9e82947db8680a57e94c0 (and fixed in a12015aab3499686519ffc5ad303ae88f13765e3) since otherwise the copy of default.test.properties wasn't working for me
