Remove jsr 352 references from javadoc #62

E.g:

BatchJobUtil | Implemented by the jbatch 352 RI to allow the host environment to instruct the RI to purge job repository entries associated with a given "owner".

Implemented by the host environment to allow the 'jbatch' 352 RI to get the "current" tag (here a generalized term for something like the current "application), and whether the tag is "admin"-authorized or not.
