Have default JobOperatorImpl try to suspend current Transaction around each API call. Will try to lookup Glassfish tran mgr via: "java:appserver/TransactionManager"
- TODO - document this more in the release notes
Update to version 2.1.0-M2
Switch to CDI 4, Weld 5 deps
