Create the Notifications page specified in the Wiki. This page contains info regarding new family invites, rewards redeemed in a family managed by the user, challenges for Family Fights (and whether they've been accepted or declined), and like landmarks reached by videos posted by a family member.

NOTE: This can be a modal too.

Most notifications will just be done as text messages. Family Fight challenge notifications will be moved to the Family Fight page.
