Challenge Other Family Head to Family Fights #24

Family heads should be able to challenge other family heads to Family Fights. Family head A enters the name of Family head B they want to challenge on the My Family Fights page. Then, B should get the message in their notifications. They can either accept or decline, with this info being relayed to A through their notifications.

This creates a list item in the My Family Fights page, where A, B, and the members of their respective families can post images/videos and view the ones of their competition.

I think this technically works but not a priority right now
