Troll Regeneration #634

The current model of regeneration for trolls faces two main issues: 1) The double Constitution modifier bonus to regaining hit points through short rests has a bit too much overlap with the Durable feat. 2) The lack of in-combat regeneration makes the troll's regeneration trait (their most famous ability) not fit the fantasy of the race.

A more active version should be considered. Care should be taken to avoid overlap with the Warrior's Second Wind and to make it, at minimum, as strong as the Gift of the Naaru trait (restore 1 hp/level to one creature as an action, 1/LR).
