UI obscuring other layers #16

When I have all of the "themes" expanded, it is very difficult to see the marine debris data layers.- Briana

The credit line (Source: ESRI etc) is not fixed, and when the screen is small (lap top), it covers the Filter scrolling window at times

The West Coast Ocean Data Portal with the logo take too much space on the screen, especially of a small laptop. Give more space to "Debris Type" window so it is easier to see what debris types were selected.

The default size of the menu item pop-up window seems to be too small for those item categories that have more than a couple of items. Can the default size of the pop-up windows made slightly larger. This could benefit from both vertical and horizontal expansion... some of the layer names are cut off.
