Info box - links to services should be more generic. #36

All info boxes list WMS, even though some layers are from ESRI REST, etc.

Recommend that WMS label be replaced with label SERVICE, so that there is no confusion about detecting and displaying SERVICE type.

+1 I remember discussing this some time ago, but maybe it was over email, and therefore now lost in the ether.

Links to SERVICES point to the old Dev server and not to Production

Need to resolve the fact that service links are not reporting before we can confirm if this is still an issue
