Add OpeNDAP labels to JSON output options. #43

As mentioned in https://github.com/WCGA/West-Coast-Ocean-Data-Portal/issues/23 we need to add OpeNDAP labels to the JSON feed generation so that the link detection logic will be visible in the UI.

While we are doing this, we should add as many missing data / service type labels to the JSON output as possible, since this touches the Java side of the GeoPortal files.
