Problem record from California Geoportal #51

Not a bug, just needed to record this while it is still fresh:

"Areas of Special Biological Significance" is a layer from the California Coastal Geoportal. There is obviously something wrong with it, as no attributes are coming through, not even the bounding box.

Appears to be a record harvested from an ArcServer pointing to an ESRI REST service. Beyond that, haven't looked into what is wrong...

Maybe just delete this from the list of records to be harvested?

It looks like an undocumented Arc Server REST service...
