Now getting some MIME type errors. Tickets for this issue will be in https://github.com/WCGA/Marine-Planner/issues
The service URLS for for MPA Inventory are broken in the Marine Planner:

However, only one of layers appears to be in the portal: and it doesn't appear to have a harvest source (metadata must have been loaded in directly).
Looks like a version these data are in the Marine Cadastre (search on MPA inventory). There are also metadata on data.noaa.gov: https://data.noaa.gov/dataset/u-s-marine-protected-areas-boundaries-mpa-inventory.
