Running Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS and trying to connect an AZDelivery ESP32S Dev Kit C V4 NodeMCU
EDIT: solved a part of the problem that was a simple cable issue. Now dmesg has the 1a86 entry and lsusb shows QinHeng Electronics CH340 serial converter.
But still no changes in /dev
EDIT: Reinstalled and restarted the driver again now it works
