Auxillary Motors Setup #10

Need to create VIs that will open a motor in begin.vi and run the motor in Teleop or Periodic Tasks.

Greg and Isabel are working on the VI for running the motor and Alvin and Emma are working on the VI for opening the motor in begin.vi. All of this is being done to the smooooooth sounds of Miles Davis.
