We want to change the license for: BCC-CSM2-HR, BCC-CSM2-MR, and BCC-ESM1 from the existing CC BY-SA 4.0 default license to CC BY-4.0 from now on. But we do not know how to do that. Can you help me?

@camscmip6 that change is now in place, please review CMIP6_source_id_licenses.html and let me know of any remaining issues
