I have the feeling that MED+CEU+NEU = EUR. Do we merge ?

This currently occurs only in the Quasmi & Ribes metric: https://github.com/WCRP-CORDEX/cmip6-for-cordex/blob/b61b6e40fbedf88bb64c1cfdd16e44bdc8e788c9/CMIP6_studies/Qasmi.yaml#L93

In my mind, the difference between EUR and MED+CEU+NEU is that EUR is a metric for the whole EUR domain, which could compensate across regions. While MED+CEU+NEU refers to a metric which is computed for each sub-domain and combined so it cannot compensate among them. The truth is that most metrics do not compensate spatial errors (e.g. they are root mean squared or mean absolute errors), so we could simplify and call this MED+CEU+NEU scope simply EUR.

By the way, the comment above mentions that there are independent MED, CEU and NEU values for this metric. If these are available, the MED one could be used for the Med-CORDEX tables instead of the EUR (MED+CEU+NEU) one.
