area type for `lake`

There is no area type explicitly reserved for lakes. For now, we have fresh_free_water (An area type of "fresh_free_water" means a free interface between freshwater and the atmosphere without vegetation or other obstructions.). Should we propose a new arey type for lakes? See also:
