Addition of CanRSM5 to CORDEX-CMIP6 experiments table

Thank you for the input, @Scinocca. There's a stablished syntax for the status and dates, so the file can be processed automatically to generate the tables and lists. I entered your info in commit 91320cf2 since I cannot write to your branch to fix it. Please, have a look at:

to check if your plans are correctly reflected there. I'll close this PR. Just reopen it if you find any problem.

Thanks very much for making the modifications @jesusff. I missed the formatting instructions and just kind of followed what I saw in CMIP6_downscaling_plans.csv. This all looks fine.
