Tooltip in graph outside of frame #113

In graphs, the tooltip for bars can be (partially) outside of the frame. Observed at a demo of the tool using "Zika virus". See attached image. img_5012

It does not happen on my browser, - normally. However, when I resize I can see the effect in Chromium and Firefox. Do you see it "by default".

It is not directly a Scholia issue, but might be an issue in Dimple http://dimplejs.org/ which @jonaskress says WDQS uses. He might see what an update of the Dimple library can do.

This problem is still there when a Ubuntu Firefox is resized. Not clear what we can do with this.
