Adding metadata about a study's disciplines [study-page] #1731

Please add metadata about study disciplines (it can be multiple). Later, this could also allow for pages that show trends of disciplines (like number of papers or growing topics) and overview pages (which could include/make use of altmetrics).

Often the study's scientific fields are at the paper's page and could be retrieved from there (for example tags for the Nature journal).

It seems like OpenAlex has this implemented to some degree so it may be an issue of using it. See #1812. Potential issues with it include that while studies can have multiple fields (and nowadays most studies are afaik to some degree interdisciplinary), it doesn't seem to specify a main field (or maybe two).

Useful things this could enable would be visualizations that show the biggest topics within a field (or topic trends within a field) which could be more interesting in terms of changes in science than trends on the level of entire fields as described in #1812 (see the two linked tweets and this based on "number of publications").
