OpenAlex identifiers for organizations, works, venues #1769

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not related to a problem, but OpenAlex is also CC0 and strong interoperability with Wikidata can be encouraged by visibility in Scholia.

Describe the solution you'd like Like we have Twitter, ROR identifiers just below the title of an item, I suggest to add the OpenAlex ID.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatives are just listing external identifiers where appropriate, e.g. in the info table at the top for works.

Can you give an example? I don't understand the use case.

Example would be https://scholia.toolforge.org/openalex/C11448112 which would redirect to https://scholia.toolforge.org/topic/Q1275906

Reopening: Only the redirect has been implemented so far.

Most C and I identifiers are now in Wikidata; I just started the V identifiers.
