OJS scraper shorten long titles for P1476 even though they can #2385

Describe the bug OJS scraper shortens long titles. The length seems to be appropriate for the label. However for the title P1476 the fields seems to be able to longer so a less severe shortening is necessary

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q123516384&diff=prev&oldid=2016330028
  2. See that the longer title can actually be in the P1476 field

Expected behavior It is not clear to me how long the P1476 can be, but it is apparently longer than the label field
