Update Citation.js to 0.7.8

Description

Update the Citation.js bundle to v0.7.8. Bundle content as specified here: https://github.com/WDscholia/scholia/pull/2151. This fixes the issue of SICI-style DOIs (#2406), and also includes a patch that improves non-ASCII escaping in BibTeX output.

Combined with https://github.com/WDscholia/scholia/pull/2408 the square bracket-containing DOI now works.
