Fix style issue in Faresh9 title modification #2440

Fixes style issue related to #2426

This was the problem:

scholia/scrape/ojs.py:330:80: E501 line too long (81 > 79 characters)
scholia/scrape/ojs.py:339:5: E303 too many blank lines (2)
