Describe the bug ArXiv DOIs not identified after PR #2453

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. arXiv identifier DOIs are not found: http://127.0.0.1:8100/id-to-quickstatements?query=i.org%2F10.48550%2FarXiv.2311.12022+

Expected behavior Should find metadata.

Additional context LW approach works on this.
