Add missing links to softwares in the curation tab #2480

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not a problem, just think it could help improve some items in an easier way...

Describe the solution you'd like On the /software aspect, have a panel that does the same as https://scholia.toolforge.org/chemical/Q2079986/curation#missing-main-subjects to help curating links to softwares

Describe alternatives you've considered Not having it, as it is now.

Additional context I thought about mapping the statements as P4510 Q69652283, but it can also be something else!
