Author aspect takes more than 100 milliseconds to complete #2511

Describe the bug Author aspect takes more than 100 milliseconds to complete. From the log at Toolforge topic and work will usually finish quicker.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Monitoring with tail -f uwsgi.log

Expected behavior The author aspect should load as fast as the topic aspect.
