From that issue 339 just referenced above:

I am reviewing what we currently have for taxa and thinking how to combine this with some of the other well-curated corners of Wikidata/ Scholia, e.g. chemicals (e.g. found in taxon), geolocation (think invasive species), diseases (think pathogens) and such.

That's what it already is doing, but for a virus the metabolome is not existing. In general, there is very little CCZero chemical-taxon knowledge, let alone with proper literature references (there is a lot of literature about this, of course, but literature that is really hard to access, i.e. extract this knowledge from).
