Link Scholia view stats from each Scholia page #295

I think I've seen such stats but can't find a link right now. In any case, I assume they are public, so it's probably a good idea to link them, perhaps from the footer.

This was worked on a bit at the Wikimedia Hackathon, and according to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T87001#5227775 , there is now a basic version available (for all tools together) under https://tools.wmflabs.org/toolviews/api/v1/day/```{date}```, e.g. https://tools.wmflabs.org/toolviews/api/v1/day/2019-06-30 , which would need to be parsed for Scholia.

An inverted version of the data (per tool) is also under discussion there.
