Look into creating a LaTeX package and uploading it to CTAN #484

Probably a bit early for this now, but seems like a reasonable goal for a longer perspective.

Should be coordinated with whatever we do in terms of MathML integration, as per https://github.com/fnielsen/scholia/issues/444 .

I am wondering whether it is possible to reach and download from the internet via tex, - or one needs a separate program.
