Added links to relevant overview page narratives to the degree milestone indicators at the bottom of each section of the degree.html page. Still having problems with the anchors links on overview.html from degree.html for the Web Development Certificate and Digital Media certificates. Problem is due to the floating nav covering the anchor position, covering part of the heading text. Have tried many things as workarounds, but after 3+ hours, I have uploaded the best solution I could achieve. I used invisible anchors embedded in empty 'a' elements. Chrome and Firefox do not handle them the same way, so I am stuck for now.
