Improve intuitiveness of information flow for degrees.html page #87

Various changes including:

  1. Add text to semester headings showing track names..
  2. Add total credit hours for each semester.
  3. Add credits for each course to course name line (always visible)
  4. Enhance understanding of degree track flow by various mechanisms including color coding, graphical arrows, etc.

Changes to bottom section (course availability):

  1. Remove the word "only" since it is a negative sounding word
  2. Add a section for the courses that are available spring and fall

Added links to relevant overview page sections. Having problems with the anchor links for the Web Development Certificate and Digital Media certificates. See new issue.
