• Product Introduction Quartz is a platform designed to introduce transparency and veracity to IoT data. The idea is to rely on the immutable nature of blockchain to ensure that every process is accountable and verifiable by all relevant parties. This project intends to incorporate a wide range of different technologies from edge computing, device management, containerization and smart contracts to deliver an end-to-end solution for IoT data delivery. A key objective of this project is to achieve comparable efficiency, cost and performance as compared to traditional centralized method of data gathering while providing additional benefits from decentralization. Today, as the IoT industry is growing exponentially, its a surprise that a significant portion of data verification is still performed thru manual audits. Quartz aims to automate and improve the efficacy of this process so that even data sensitive domains including regulatory compliance, certification and investors can confidently rely on quality and authentic data to make informed decisions.
