Buttons and fixed issues for hold feature #20

  1. Buttons in interviews.php to put or remove candidates in hold list
  2. Fixed methods in Database and users table in database.sql that permit to work with hold value correctly
  3. Now in interviews.php and candidates.php , there will be a lock in a hold candidate row and that will be colored differently.
