Add a "Revert decision" button for mistakenly approved people #83

I am referring to already published results, of course. Pressing the button should restore the candidate to "to decide" status.

K asd... In the first case you mentioned, it's comfortable to have such a button instead of pinging steino_caro like a desperate freak to make him pull out his ThinkPad to make a query by hand on the production server to reset the status column value for the given person asd
