Add something to select response email text from a set of possible ones, rather than having just one text to manually customize.
Basic stuff, like one that says "Contact me on Telegram so I can give you random programming exercises", another one that says "Contact me on Telegram so we can schedule an interview", and so on.
Another dropdown under the "recruiter" one should be enough.
