When a team member decides to leave the team, be it for studying-related reasons or whatever else the reason may be, a bot admin can send the command /remove (where person is the Telegram first_name).
The following steps need to happen:
[ ] the person is removed from every team Telegram group they're in
[ ] bonus: their account is locked in the crauto page (requires extreme integration, so leave it alone for the moment)
