Add JSON to maintain f@h history #71

The JSON file should contain the points associated with a folder for each epoch the f@h API is accessed.

e.g.

{
    epoch0: { 
        name0: points0,
        name1: points1,
        name2: points2,
    },
    epoch1: { 
        name0: points00,
        name1: points11,
        name2: points22,
    },
}

The file content should be used to send a recurring message of the top f@h contributors in the WEEE Fold group chat.

Temporarily closing since JSON save is implemented. A future possibility may be to send a message with the difference for each day.
