To improve the readability and to reduce dependencies the CMake files have been revised. Following changes have been made:
Set the cache for the blaze library automatically [58d95a33faaf22f2651c12cb84524ecff106ed9d]. This is based on the blaze/cmake/Blaze_Import.cmake file of the blaze repository on bitbucket.
Generate the code rules directly with cmake instead of using python. Dependency on python is completely removed.
Update of CI rules to include the development branch.
