- Use eigen values to find best conditioned coordinate system in initIntegrals()
- Add AVX support for calculating the Gauss quadratur

- Provide custom functions to calculate the determinant and eigen values of a matrix
- Use matrix pivoting to improve inverse Jacobi. Was previously included with Foam::det() see 1400da077999b7a2c11c96cfbd7a2a7e603910e2
