Update testing with Catch2 to v3 and use git submodule
Reconstruct mesh uses MPI instead reading from disk. Improves speed and allows to use collated/uncollated file I/O
Calculation of Jacobi matrix is improved. Can handle now complex eigenvalues and non-symmetric matrix systems
