Something Purple #14

Dr. Magi suggested using the Purple API. I'm thinking a current conditions graph and maybe a home page component? Should be a fun add-on!

Just requested API keys for PurpleAir. Will continue to work on it once I have access.

Received API keys this morning. Unfortunately, they have restricted their historical API access and recommend using real-time queries for users to build their own historical database. I may test that approach (would keep our rates under their limits if traffic got too large as well)

API rate limits are still uncertain, so I've decided to make the initial commit and leave the page off the navbar just to help keep traffic down during the first release. I need to rework some of the chart rendering/API call logic, but otherwise, it's mostly functional (albeit simple).
